The Augmented Humanity project aims to respond to a range of social challenges through the development of technologies and tools that seek to encourage the attraction, development, and retention of human resources in an industry undergoing rapid digitization.

b) optimize task definition to minimize or eliminate health problems resulting from intensive hard work, with improved ergonomics;
c) reduce monotonous activities or eliminate the frustration associated with wasteful activities;
d) develop appropriate technology that enables the existing workforce to be prepared for the new paradigm of digitization;
e) use smart tools to measure or promote personalized member engagement;
f) make the most of the integration of cyber-physical systems and ultra-connectivity within the industrial value chain;
g) improving energy efficiency, enabling smart/green factories in the future.
