About the project
Equipment for assembling components in automotive roofs has the following characteristics:
- a) Manual loading of ceilings onto the equipment;
- b) Process traceability through manual barcode scanning;
- c) Manual loading of components with automatic indication of the components to be assembled;
- d) Verification of ceiling compliance using an artificial vision system;
- e) Automatic application of glue with an industrial robot;
- f) Automatic assembly of components with specific counterforms;
- g) Manual unloading of ceilings onto the equipment.
