About the project

Sealing equipment with assembly operation has the following main features:

a) Manual loading and unloading of parts;
b) Mobile car test template for approaching the test and assembly area;
c) Part clamping and locking system using a pneumatic actuator and a set of spring-loaded clamps;
d) Automatic valve lubrication and assembly using a pneumatic actuator;
e) Expansive and backing plugging tools;
f) ATEQ microfugometer with automatic calibration system with calibrated leaks;
g) Part marking system with punching;
